  4. If, despite taking these steps, you still haven't received the email, please get in touch with us at hello@thesundaecreative.com.au. We'll then manually send you the link to access your template.

It's super simple! Once you've opened your template in Templett, just click on the text box you want to edit. You can type in your own text, adjust the font and colour as needed, and move the text box around to get the perfect placement. If you need to add additional text boxes, there's also an option for that in the editor's toolbar called "duplicate"

No worries at all! Our platform has an "undo" feature that allows you to easily reverse any changes you've made. Simply click the "undo" button in the editor's toolbar, or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Z (or Command+Z on a Mac) to undo your last action.

  • Adjust your monitor display. Sometimes, screens are set to a brighter setting, which can affect how colours appear.
  • Use a professional printing service. They can offer colour matching services to ensure your printed colours match your screen as closely as possible.

Great question! Because our templates are digital products, we generally can't offer refunds. But hold on! Don't let that worry you.
