OVERVIEW

By purchasing a product or service via the Sundae Creative, you agree to these terms and conditions. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “Us”, “Our” and “We” refers to The Sundae Creative and “You” and “Your” refers to you, the client, visitor, customer, website user or person using our website.

 

COPYRIGHT

All designs are protected by Copyright and remain the sole property of The Sundae Creative. Unless given permission, the designs may not be reproduced. Copyright breaches of the designs will be pursued.

By purchasing a design with The Sundae Creative,  we reserves the right to reproduce any part of any work produced by The Sundae Creative for marketing and advertising purposes. The client must advise The Sundae Creative prior to ordering if they do not wish to occur. This includes use on social media, all advertising (print, online and publications). Please note that all personal contact details are blurred and the location of your wedding is blurred if posted before your wedding day.

 

PROOFING

All event details must be submitted upon time of ordering, unless purchasing during a sale event - whereby clients are able to purchase items in advance.

It is the responsibility of the client/customer, to proof the designs to ensure all details are correct. If an error is made after print, you are responsible for the cost of a full reprint. We include 2 (two) rounds of amendments in each order to give you the opportunity to make any changes required before going to print.

The turnaround time for digital proofs is 48 hours. Printing turnaround times is 2-3 weeks. Please check with us before ordering, for current turnaround times.

 

PRINTING

Design colours viewed on a computer may appear differently when printed. We strongly advise requesting a printed sample before ordering a stationery package. Please note, that due to the variable nature of digital print runs, each print run will not be identical to the next. For Example, you may see a slight variation between print runs for your Invitations and Menus if printed a few months later.

 

PAPER

The Sundae Creative offers a large range of card stock in our designs ranging from 308GSM - 350GSM. We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate stock depending on the collection you have chosen, and we will outline this during the quote process

The Sundae Creative offers all material as available in good faith however occasionally shortages and discontinuations occur without our prior understanding. We will email you immediately if this occurs and will advise of a suitable substitute and any delays.

 

POSTAGE

We use Australia Express Post for pick up & delivery of all orders. 

All prices are marked in Australian Dollars. any import taxes or duty payable to government authorities.The customer is responsible for these charges. If you refuse to pay the relevant custom or government import charges (we cannot advise what they may be) and the product is returned to us, no refund is applicable.


REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our business, a refund of your order will only be granted within 24 hours of it being received provided we have not commenced your proof.

 If you receive your stationery items and they are significantly different from your final proof we will accept responsibility and a replacement will be sent at no charge.

 Please note all artwork is approved by you before printing commences, if you approved a mistake, please note we cannot take responsibility for this.

No refunds will be given for change of mind, or in the event of a cancelled event once payment has been made.
